Luxury self-catering holiday accommodation in a large converted barn, nestled in the Worcestershire countryside for 1-10 guests or up to 14 if booked with the Parlour. With a downstairs super-king/twin bedroom and adjacent wet room, upstairs, two king size en-suite bedrooms, a twin and bunk bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower. The renovation features a cosy wood burner, underfloor heating, with nearby attractions, walks and cycle routes. Weekly prices from £950, shorter stays are also available.

About The Stables.

The Stables is a former “stables”, that has been impressively restored, adjacent to a working dairy farm. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and luxury in mind. This spacious barn is a great choice for families and friends alike. It features a kitchen with all the modern accessories needed for a big family get together. A sociable living room with comfy sofas and feature wood burner for that all important ambiance. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, two with en-suite wet rooms and a family bathroom, with bathtub and shower overhead. There is also a large downstairs king-size bedroom adjacent to the wet-room/cloakroom on the ground floor for convenience and perfect for the less mobile. Directly outside of The Stables is a private and secure patio and garden to enjoy, with access to the “Play Barn”, there is ample space to fire up the barbecue and dine alfresco.

Parking for up to 3-4 cars. Car charging is not available at the property. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no stag or hen parties.

Helen and Mark are the wonderful hosts of a fabulous cottage. We stayed as a family prior to our daughters wedding, the cottage is the perfect place for a family together. We loved everything about the cottage and its location.

This barn is immaculate and spotlessly clean. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, though unobtrusive. The welcome pack was lovely (thank you Helen) and the kitchen very well equipped. We were blessed with beautiful weather, so our time at the barn was spent mainly in the lovely garden area with the comfortable garden furniture and umbrellas. The games barn was perfect, with toys for our 2 year old grandson as well as ‘table’ games which would suit older children and teenagers. I really can’t find fault with this property and we certainly hope to visit again in the future.

A superbly appointed, immaculately clean and well equipped property, which, together with the neighbouring Parlour, we used as a venue for a "significant" birthday celebration with family. Enjoyed a lovely stay at the Stables - Mark and Helen were lovely and very attentive. Ride on tractor toys were even brought for the two kids! Cottage was warm, decorated to an excellent standard and with good quality kitchen equipment and furniture. There's a lot to do in the local area as long as you don't mind driving a few minutes. We would happily come back again!

Beautiful accommodation, immaculately presented. We were a party of 6 / 7 adults. Perfect layout allowing us all to gather in the lounge and sit round the table in the kitchen. With the downstairs shower room, and upstairs bathrooms there was plenty of space for everyone! Surrounded by fields, and farmland with cows next door, but also v near to restaurants etc and towns. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I wish them every success in this venture - I'm sure once folk discover this place it will be difficult to get booked in!!

Great location, fabulous cottage with lots of space inside and outside. The decor was lovely. The living room is a great size for a group. A second living room is available as well. The bedrooms were luxurious with en-suites and tvs. The games room was a good addition. We wished we could have stayed longer. Really nice feel and comfort. Nothing missed. We had a great time and would return.
